The confidential small group at the centre of YPO, EO and similar organizations: typically eight to ten members who do not compete, meeting monthly under a protocol in which members share experience rather than give advice, moderated by a trained member. Vistage, TIGER 21 and TAB call the equivalent a group or a board.
