All Raise is a United States non-profit working to increase the number of women and nonbinary people making investment decisions in venture capital. Its community numbers more than 1,300 women and nonbinary investors. Alongside the community, All Raise runs VC cohort programmes and an annual VC Summit, and publishes data on the share of women in venture decision-making roles. It reports that the proportion of women decision-makers at US venture firms doubled from 9% to 18% by 2025, three years ahead of a 2028 target it had set, and puts the current figure at 18% at firms above $50 million in assets and 20% at smaller firms.
