All Raise is a United States non-profit working to increase the number of women and nonbinary people making investment decisions in venture capital. It was launched in April 2018 by Aileen Lee of Cowboy Ventures with a group of senior women investors, and is registered as a 501(c)(3) with EIN 83-0566054. Its community numbers more than 1,300 women and nonbinary investors. Membership is free — the organisation says the only cost of admission is participation — and is restricted to women and nonbinary investors at venture firms at associate level or above; applications go through an online portal. Members get access to virtual events, volunteer opportunities, a digital platform and a peer network. Alongside the community, All Raise runs VC cohort programmes and an annual VC Summit, and publishes data on the share of women in venture decision-making roles. It reports that the proportion of women decision-makers at US venture firms doubled from 9% to 18% by 2025, three years ahead of a 2028 target it had set, and puts the current figure at 18% at firms above $50 million in assets and 20% at smaller firms.
Nasıl çalışır
An eligible investor applies through the All Raise portal at no cost. Once accepted, activity happens on a digital platform and through virtual events, roundtables and speaker series, plus volunteer opportunities. Cohort programmes and the annual VC Summit run alongside the open community. Funding comes from donations and partners rather than member dues.

All Raise is narrower than its public profile suggests: the free community is for investors at venture firms only, from associate level up, so founders and operators who encounter the brand through its founder-facing work cannot join it. What it offers is peer network and visibility rather than capital or deal flow. The organisation is unusually data-led for a network of this kind and publishes the metric it is judged on, including hitting its 2028 decision-maker target three years early — a rare instance of a diversity organisation reporting against a stated number. Practical detail is thin on the public site: it does not publish a headquarters, staff size, budget, cohort sizes or acceptance rates, and the join page describes no vetting step beyond the eligibility statement. Best read as a free, national investor community with a strong research output.
