All Raise is a United States non-profit working to increase the number of women and nonbinary people making investment decisions in venture capital. Its community numbers more than 1,300 women and nonbinary investors. It reports that the proportion of women decision-makers at US venture firms doubled from 9% to 18% by 2025, three years ahead of a 2028 target it had set, and puts the current figure at 18% at firms above $50 million in assets and 20% at smaller firms.

An eligible investor applies through the All Raise portal at no cost.
