Fundación — Founded by Jennie Enterprise (nee Saunders), previously the founder of Reebok Sports Clubs, with seed money and space from property developer Aby Rosen. One hundred founder members were each asked to contribute US$100,000 and to nominate another person.
CORE: is a private members' club founded in New York in 2005 by Jennie Enterprise. It ran from 66 East 55th Street until 2023, when it moved to 711 Fifth Avenue, occupying roughly 60,000 square feet across the top four floors of a 1927 building with more than 6,000 square feet of outdoor space and a lobby by Peter Marino. The clubhouse contains a library, theatre, art gallery, several dining rooms, private meeting rooms, a wine library, a speakeasy, a 24-hour gym, spa and beauty facilities, and eleven suites for overnight stays. The club positions itself around cultural programming, philanthropy and cross-industry mixing rather than around a single profession, and its own materials name art, sport, entertainment, technology, science, fashion, finance, hospitality and biotech as member fields. A second club is being built in Milan, in a palazzo on Corso Matteotti near the Duomo; until it opens, Milan members use a temporary lounge at Via della Spiga 15 in the Quadrilatero della Moda.
Cómo funciona
Membership is arranged through an enquiry form on the club's website rather than an open application. Members use the New York clubhouse for dining, meetings, wellness and overnight stays, and are offered a curated calendar of cultural programming, talks and philanthropic events. Milan members currently gather at the temporary Via della Spiga lounge for social, cultural and professional events pending completion of the permanent clubhouse.
Miembro tipo
Members are drawn from the wealthier end of New York business, finance and cultural life. Founder members named in press coverage included J. Christopher Burch, Millard Drexler, Ari Emanuel, Aby Rosen, Steven Roth, Stephen Schwarzman and Terry Semel; the club has said it maintains an equal number of female and male members.

Contexto independiente
CORE: sits at the expensive end of the New York club market and has always been more explicitly about wealth and access than the creative-industries clubs it is usually compared with. That is reflected in its founding structure, where 100 people paid US$100,000 each to seed the club. The club publishes nothing about price, membership numbers or how candidates are assessed, so every figure in the public record comes from journalism, most of it now several years old; treat the fee figures below as dated rather than current. The Milan project has slipped: Bloomberg reported a December 2026 opening back in January 2022, and as of September 2026 the club's own site still describes the permanent palazzo as under development with members using a temporary lounge.
