Fundação: Yanik Silver founded Maverick Business Adventures and Maverick1000 in 2008; the current homepage marks "18 yrs Of magic, mischief and growth", consistent with a 2008 start.
Maverick1000 is an invitation-only global network of entrepreneurs founded in 2008 by Yanik Silver. The organization deliberately positions itself against the standard categories, stating on its homepage that it is not a mastermind, a networking group or a peer advisory board, and describing itself instead as a collective built on three pillars: growth, impact and fun. Programming is experience-led rather than classroom-led: recurring gatherings have included visits to Richard Branson's Necker Island in support of Virgin Unite, an Antarctic expedition tied to ocean conservation work, Camp Maverick, and impact days run with the Sara Blakely Foundation. Membership carries three published qualifications: at least US$1 million in gross business revenue with verification required, a willingness to share candidly under a member confidentiality agreement, and an explicit no-large-egos test. The organization states that a prospective member cannot simply pay to join. A share of dues is directed to an impact fund; the site states that 10 per cent of dues fund impact work worldwide and reports more than US$3.3 million raised for cause partners. Dues themselves are not published.
Como funciona
Members are nominated and then work through a "DNA Decoder" step intended to establish what they bring to the network before an invitation is issued. Once in, members gather several times a year at curated experiences and retreats rather than at fixed meetings, and connect virtually between them. A younger tier, Maverick NEXT, was launched in 2013 for entrepreneurs aged 25 and under, with its own lower fee and its own revenue test.
Membro típico
The organization's invitation page states members must have at least US$1 million in gross business revenue with verification, and that "On average, members run industry-dominating firms from $3 million - $50 million+ with a national or global customer base".

| Anuidade | Not publicly disclosed. The current site publishes no dues figure; it states only that 10 per cent of dues fund impact work worldwide, and an older invitation page says US$3,300 of a member's annual dues accumulates into the impact fund. | Fonte ↗ | ||
| Anuidade | Third-party reported figure of US$15,000 a year to join. Could not be independently verified against any Maverick page, and it does not reconcile with the organization's own statement that 10 per cent of dues equals the US$3,300 impact contribution cited on its invitation page. Estrutura e programação
Contexto independente
Maverick1000 is the clearest example in this batch of a group selling shared experience rather than curriculum or deal flow: the published record is dominated by expeditions and philanthropy, and the organization is explicit that it does not want to be read as a mastermind. That makes it a poor fit for anyone looking for structured accountability or a facilitated board, and a strong fit for founders who value travel, cause work and long-horizon friendships. The published US$1 million revenue floor sits well below the stated typical member range of US$3-50 million, so the operative filter is the member vote and the fee. Price is the main opacity: the current site publishes no dues figure, and the two data points it does give - that 10 per cent of dues fund impact work, and an older invitation page citing US$3,300 of annual dues going to the impact fund - are not stated together as a price.
