Membership is not described as invitation-only: Synergos states the Circle "welcomes all individuals and families who share these values", with enquiries directed to the GPC managing director.

Synergos publishes membership criteria but no application form. Prospective members are directed to contact the GPC managing director by email to open a conversation. Membership is held at family level, and accepted families are paired with a named senior Synergos staff member.

Membership is held at family level and includes a next-generation strand called Rising Leaders. Each member family is paired with a named Synergos staff member who provides ongoing guidance.
