CCC Alliance
Single family offices and the families behind them
A profile page holds what the organization publishes and what named sources report: who it admits, what it costs, how it is structured, where it operates, and how it has changed. Every figure carries the date it was checked. A dash means the organization does not publish that fact.
Founding: Founded by two family offices, per the CCC Alliance site. One secondary guide gives 2005; the organisation's own date is used here.
CCC Alliance is a private membership network of single family offices, formed in 1994 by two family offices and run as a limited liability company from Boston. It describes itself as America's largest private network of single family offices and positions itself as a peer collaboration platform rather than a service provider: families share knowledge, benchmarking and resources with one another in what the organisation calls a confidential and solicitation-free environment. Membership is restricted to families and individuals; brokers, consultants and financial advisers are not admitted, and there are no corporate memberships. Joining is referral-driven - prospective members are introduced by existing members who understand the group's culture - and candidates typically meet CCC staff or attend an event as a guest while both sides assess fit. Members access a private online portal alongside in-person gatherings. The organisation is funded by annual dues, but publishes neither the amount, a wealth threshold, nor its membership size. Secondary estimates of both cost and entry bar exist but conflict with each other and with CCC's own published history.
How it works
A prospective family is introduced by an existing member, then meets CCC Alliance staff individually or attends an event as a guest while both sides evaluate fit. Accepted members participate in peer discussions and shared benchmarking, use a members-only online portal, and are expected to contribute actively while respecting the group's privacy norms. Annual dues fund the organisation.
Typical member
Members are families and single family offices. CCC Alliance explicitly excludes brokers, consultants and financial advisers from membership, and publishes no wealth or asset threshold.
Membership requirements
Requirements in detail, with history →Requirements are the tests the organization itself publishes: an age ceiling, a company-revenue floor, a net-worth minimum, a role. Where a figure straddles a range, the organization's own assessment decides. Local chapters can apply stricter tests than the published standard.

Initiation fees are paid once on joining; dues recur. Chapter dues, retreats, travel and events are usually additional and are listed separately when the organization discloses them. Figures are as published or reported on the date shown, not quotations.

| Annual dues | CCC Alliance confirms that annual dues support the organisation but does not publish the amount. A secondary guide estimates roughly US$5,000-15,000 a year; this could not be independently verified. | Source ↗ | |
Structure and programming
Independent context
CCC Alliance is at the closed end of the family office spectrum: no corporate members, no advisers, no published fee, no published size. That structure is the product - the value proposition is a room with no one selling in it, which is the recurring complaint about larger, sponsor-funded family office networks. The cost of that design is that a family cannot evaluate the group from outside; entry effectively requires already knowing a member. The organisation's stated 1994 founding by two family offices also conflicts with a widely repeated secondary figure of 2005, and estimates of dues and entry thresholds circulating in third-party guides are not sourced to CCC. Suited to established single family offices seeking peers; not suited to anyone wanting deal flow, service-provider introductions or a published rulebook.
