R360
Centimillionaire families: individuals and families with a net worth above US$100 million.
A profile page holds what the organization publishes and what named sources report: who it admits, what it costs, how it is structured, where it operates, and how it has changed. Every figure carries the date it was checked. A dash means the organization does not publish that fact.
Founding — Could not be independently verified. R360's own story page describes the concept being developed through Harvard's Venture Incubation Program after founder Charlie Garcia's Harvard fellowship, but does not give a founding year; secondary sources place the launch around 2021.
R360 is an invitation-based community for families with a net worth above US$100 million, founded by Charlie Garcia, who developed the concept during a Harvard fellowship and its Venture Incubation Program after his own experience of YPO, Vistage and TIGER 21. Its organising idea is that wealth has six forms of capital, financial, intellectual, social, human, emotional and spiritual, and each chapter gathering is built around one of them. Members join a regional chapter, of which ten are currently listed, all in the United States, each led by a Chair. R360 reported more than 170 members stewarding over US$100 billion in assets in December 2025, and states a long-run cap of 1,000 families. Admission is decided by a membership committee rather than by the net worth test alone: R360 states that membership is by invitation and fit, and its founder has said publicly that seventy-two candidates, including nine billionaires, have been turned down. Dues are not published on R360's own site.
How it works
Members belong to a regional chapter led by a Chair. Chapters gather several times a year, with each gathering organised around one of the six forms of capital. Programming extends to family and next-generation topics and to philanthropy, and R360 states that members can use the full range of benefits regardless of where they live.
Typical member
Members are wealth creators and their families rather than salaried executives. R360 states members have a net worth above US$100 million; its December 2025 release describes more than 170 members collectively stewarding over US$100 billion, implying an average well above the entry threshold.
Membership requirements
Requirements in detail, with history →Requirements are the tests the organization itself publishes — an age ceiling, a company-revenue floor, a net-worth minimum, a role. Where a figure straddles a range, the organization's own assessment decides. Local chapters can apply stricter tests than the published standard.

Independent context
R360 sits at the wealth end of the peer-community market, above TIGER 21's US$20 million bar by a factor of five, and it competes on breadth of subject rather than on investment technique: family dynamics, legacy and purpose are treated as first-class topics rather than adjuncts. The six-forms-of-capital framing is genuinely the organising principle rather than branding, since it sets the chapter calendar. Two things are unclear from public sources. R360 does not publish its founding year or its dues anywhere on its own site, and the widely repeated figure of roughly US$180,000 over a three-year commitment comes from press coverage rather than the organisation. Its footprint is also narrower than "global" implies: every listed chapter is in the United States. Anyone comparing it with TIGER 21 should note that R360 discloses considerably less.
