Long Angle
High-net-worth founders, executives and investors whose household investable assets exceed US$3 million.
A profile page holds what the organization publishes and what named sources report: who it admits, what it costs, how it is structured, where it operates, and how it has changed. Every figure carries the date it was checked. A dash means the organization does not publish that fact.
Founding — Founded by two entrepreneurs after their own liquidity events, according to Long Angle's FAQ; the 2020 launch date comes from secondary summaries rather than a dated statement on Long Angle's site.
Long Angle is a vetted online community for high-net-worth individuals, built around peer discussion of investing, tax, estate planning and other decisions that follow significant wealth. It was founded by two entrepreneurs after their own liquidity events, and it differs from most organisations in this category in charging nothing for standard membership. Applicants complete a short form, confirm that household assets excluding a primary residence exceed US$3 million, agree to a no-solicitation policy, and then have a roughly 25-minute conversation with an existing member; asset verification can be requested via an accountant letter or a brokerage statement cover page. The community itself is a forum with topical, stage-based and city groups, member polls and benchmarking data, anonymous posting, live events and recordings. Paid options sit alongside it: Trusted Circles, small moderated peer groups of six to eight members matched by goals, life stage and net worth, run on a twelve-month commitment, and optional investment vehicles that carry management fees of 0.55 to 1.00 per cent.
How it works
Membership is granted after an application and a peer member call. Members then use an online platform of topical, city and life-stage groups, polls and research, join optional small Trusted Circles led by a professional moderator, and attend local meetups and an annual retreat. Investment participation is optional and separately fee-bearing.
Typical member
Long Angle states most members fall between US$5 million and US$100 million in net worth, and that the membership is 86 per cent male and 14 per cent female. Members are typically post-liquidity founders, senior operators and professional investors.
Membership requirements
Requirements in detail, with history →Requirements are the tests the organization itself publishes — an age ceiling, a company-revenue floor, a net-worth minimum, a role. Where a figure straddles a range, the organization's own assessment decides. Local chapters can apply stricter tests than the published standard.

Structure and programming
Independent context
Long Angle inverts the usual economics of this category: the community is free, and revenue comes from optional paid programmes and investment vehicles, which means the incentive to admit members is high and the incentive to convert them into fee-paying products is higher. That is worth weighing rather than treating as disqualifying, because the no-solicitation rule and the peer-call vetting do appear to be enforced. Its US$3 million entry threshold is far below TIGER 21 or R360, so the room is broader and younger, and the format is asynchronous and text-first rather than a monthly meeting. There are inconsistencies in public reporting of the threshold, with third parties citing qualified-client and qualified-purchaser tests of US$2.2 million and US$5 million; the figure on Long Angle's own application page is US$3 million. No total membership figure is published.
