This is the most straightforwardly transactional entry in the set: the Young Leaders Circle is a donor circle with an access benefit, and the Institute says so plainly by describing the requirement as an annual tax-deductible contribution rather than dues. The real product is a seat at the Global Conference, which is otherwise hard to reach at that career stage. Two caveats for anyone comparing it against fellowships.
