REAPS 회원 자격 요건
모든 기준 REAPS 출처, 확인 날짜 및 신뢰도와 함께 게재하며, 기준이 어떻게 변화해 왔는지 확인할 수 있도록 이전 수치도 보존합니다.
요건은 단체가 공개한 최저 기준으로 읽어야 하며, 보장으로 해석해서는 안 된다. 매출 기준은 사업 유형에 따라 대안적 버전이 있을 수 있고, 챕터는 더 엄격한 현지 기준을 적용할 수 있으며, 초청 전용 단체는 허가 기준이 아니라 회원을 설명하는 기준을 공개한다.

입회 절차
Application process
Membership is bought online from the REAPS site by selecting a level; there is no application, sponsor or review stage in the published process. Prospective members are invited to register through the events calendar and attend one main monthly meeting free before joining.

Members are individual real estate investors — flippers, wholesalers, buy-and-hold landlords, lenders, short-term rental operators — at a range of experience levels, alongside business members such as contractors, lenders and property managers who buy the paid business tiers.
