Fondation: The club says it opened in 1982 and that it was founded by the Hunt family alongside the Deadman, Perot and Bass families after Margaret Hunt was refused entry to a nearby men-only club.
Tower Club Dallas is a private city club on the 48th floor of Santander Tower at 1601 Elm Street in downtown Dallas, operated by Invited Clubs, the company formerly known as ClubCorp, within its City Club Collection. It opened in 1982 with an open membership policy at a time when a nearby downtown club admitted men only and seated women in a separate dining room; the club credits the Hunt family, with the Deadman, Perot and Bass families, with founding it in response. Because it is a commercial club rather than a member-owned one, it publishes its prices: two membership tiers, both carrying a $100 initiation fee, at $265 a month for Young Executive members aged 39 and under and $312 a month for Resident members aged 40 and over. Both include dedicated workspaces and meeting rooms with no booking fees when food and beverage minimums are met, 50 per cent off a la carte dining at Tower Club and at The Constellation Club in Las Colinas, and XLife City benefits across the Invited network, including up to twelve rounds of golf a year at participating clubs. Applications are submitted online. The club also hosts events for non-members.

The club runs member committees and community partnerships, publishes a quarterly City Clubs Magazine and holds recurring events including an annual ski lodge, fight night, fashion show, New Year's Eve party and a charity classic.

Structure et programmation
Contexte indépendant
Tower Club Dallas is the outlier in this batch: a commercially operated club that publishes its prices, sells memberships online and hosts events for anyone. That makes it directly comparable on cost -- roughly $3,180 to $3,744 a year plus a nominal $100 joining fee -- where the member-owned clubs in this group publish nothing. The trade-off is what the membership is: access to a floor and a national network run by an operator, not equity in a member-owned institution, and the network benefits are structured as marketing tiers that can change. Its founding story is genuinely distinctive and the club leans on it: an open membership policy from day one, established in reaction to a men-only club two blocks away. Note that the club's own former domain now redirects to the Invited Clubs site, so the operator's page is the primary source of record.
