모든 기준 ILPA 출처, 확인 날짜 및 신뢰도와 함께 게재하며, 기준이 어떻게 변화해 왔는지 확인할 수 있도록 이전 수치도 보존합니다.
요건은 단체가 공개한 최저 기준으로 읽어야 하며, 보장으로 해석해서는 안 된다. 매출 기준은 사업 유형에 따라 대안적 버전이 있을 수 있고, 챕터는 더 엄격한 현지 기준을 적용할 수 있으며, 초청 전용 단체는 허가 기준이 아니라 회원을 설명하는 기준을 공개한다.

입회 절차
Application process
An institution submits a membership application request form — a separate form exists for associate membership — and ILPA checks it against the three eligibility tests. Fees are then assigned from the four-tier AUM schedule for a 12-month term. Questions go to membership@ilpa.org.

Institutional limited partners — pension funds, endowments, foundations, insurers, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and development finance institutions — that invest in private market funds
일반적인 회원
Members are institutions rather than individuals: public and corporate pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices, insurance companies, investment firms, development finance institutions and sovereign wealth funds. Around 7,000 individual professionals sit under those institutional memberships. Service providers, consultants and general partners are excluded.
