要件は組織が公表する下限値として読むべきであり、承認を約束するものではない。売上高基準には事業形態によって複数のバリアントが存在する場合があり、チャプターはより厳格なローカル基準を設けることがあり、招待制の組織が公表する基準は審査条件ではなく会員像を示すものである。

入会審査の仕組み
Application process
Prospective investors complete an online form or book an introductory call with the investor relations team, then commit to an open fund. Accredited-investor status is required. Funds close when subscribed, and some are marked as accepting only larger commitments once near capacity.
