Real-estate investor groups

Real-estate groups run from open local investor associations, where the product is education and a monthly meeting, to professional bodies for the commercial industry with district councils in every major city, to an invitation-only roundtable of the largest owners. Eligibility is rarely a wealth test: it is more often a role in the industry, a professional designation, or simply payment of dues. The distinction worth making is between organizations whose members invest their own money and those whose members work for institutions that do.

Thresholds are the most telling published minimums; “not published” means the organization does not state criteria publicly. Dues are the lowest disclosed recurring figure, before chapter and event costs; n/d means not disclosed. Ordering never reflects payment.
